June Cochran

June was Playmate of the Month for December 1962. Her pictorial was titled Present Perfect.

June was born Feb. 20, 1942, in Indianapolis, IN. June won the Miss Indiana USA pageant in 1960; she competed in the Miss Universe and Miss World contests but did not place. She married in her teens.

June was named Playmate of the Year for 1963; she was 7-1/2 months pregnant at the time. She was a Bunny at the Chicago Playboy Club. She promoted auto racing on behalf of the United States Auto Club and was a Hurst Girl for the Hurst Corporation. According to “The Playmate Book: Five Decades of Centerfolds,” she was a model for the creators of the Little Annie Fanny comic strip.

June later lived in Wisconsin, where she was a grandmother.

June died May 21, 2004, in Madison, WI, at age 62.
