Lorna was Playmate of the Month for April 1969. Her pictorial was titled Comely Camper.
Lorna was born August 31, 1950, in Houston, TX. Between the ages of 13 and 15, Lorna lived in Manchester, England. She spent the rest of her childhood in Fort Worth, TX. At the time of her pictorial, she was the second Playmate born in the 1950s (the first was Cynthia Myers). She was 18 at the time of pictorial. After earning her college degree in English literature, she went into teaching.
At the time of publication of “The Playmate Book: Five Decades of Centerfolds” in 1996, Lorna was the single parent of an 8-year-old girl and was living in the Pacific Northwest, where she was enrolled in a university graduate program, with hopes of earning a master’s degree in special education and working with emotionally disturbed children.
